“I ordered the first three packs a couple of months ago and I am using my third pack now. This purchase is my second lot of three. To be honest I haven't really seen any real difference in my skin after a couple of months (1 pack lasts me about a month). I have seen the difference in the condition of my hair where it seems to be less dry. The only other difference is that I have less of an appetite which I was not expecting. I am not overweight but this would be good news to those who are wanting to lose a few kilos. I will continue to use this product to see if long term there are any changes that are of benefit to my health as I have read that there should be. The ordering and delivery by Health Co is very convenient and fast which is why I have given this product a 4 star rating.”
