“I had an issue with a different company. I bought the same item, Sun Chlorella 200mg about a month ago and it came without the plastic wrap around the box. I was able to open the box easily because the plastic covering was missing. I was going to return the box, but the packs were sealed so I kept it. I called the company twice, they said there were going to look into it with the warehouse but they never got back to me. I ordered the same item from HealthCo., actually been a customer with them for a very long time, and I'm happy to say, my package arrived on time, actually before they said it would arrive, and the plastic covering/wrap was completely around the box, as it should have been with the other place. I'm back with HealthCo., live and learn I suppose. They are friendly, helpful and I've never had any issues with this company.”
