“The Healthcraft Plus Towel bar was a much needed addition to our bathroom. It is ADA compliant, holds up to 500lbs and looks elegant in the stainless steel design. The top bar is supportive when needed with the added towel bar helps disguise the safety aspect it supplies. Easy to install instructions make it a good choice as a support bar where needed.”

“I think that the 24-inch HealthCraft PLUS Towel Bar is a middle-of-the-road bathroom safety accessory that is marketed to appeal to a weekend “do-it-yourselfer.” There are a number of things with the design and instructions manual that I did not like. 1. The overall length of the rail is 27-inches, with a 24-inch (center to center) distance between the mounting brackets. Considering that the vast majority of homes in the US are constructed with the vertical wall studs at 16-inch on center, the rail’s center-to-center length needs to be 32-inches in order to secure it solidly to the bathroom’s vertical studs. I can’t imagine why a company would design and market a safety product that is not compatible with standard building codes. 2. The installation section does not recommend using a stud-finder to locate the vertical studs, in the area you want to install the rack. 3. The instruction section does not tell you what size drill bit is to be used with the six screws provided. 4. The installation section does not provide a warning that if you are drilling through ceramic tiles, you should use a carbide drill bit to prevent cracking, chipping, or otherwise damage your ceramic tile. 5. The installation section does not tell you what type of waterproofing calk should be used. 6. The packaging has photographs of a silver towel bar; and the bar itself is matte black. Granted, there is a label on the box that says “matte black. However, people are drawn to pictures, and don’t always read the fine print. I really like the look of the bar, but I'm not sure I'd trust it to hold 500 pounds.”

“Love this at times I needed the towel to get up with! This has been a saver to help me get up with! This has been my best thing to get off the floor when I couldn’t reach the actual bar! I used the towel to pull myself up!”

“This is a really good product. It’s sturdy and easy to install. You can tell that the bar is thicker, not flimsy, plus the extra bar for washcloths , etc. I have MS, still standing but great to have this to hold onto, actually for anyone. Women that are shaving their legs even”

“I received this product from Influenster as a voxbox grab. I have had 2 knee replacements & husband has had back operation. We have trouble getting in and out of our shower. This product is safe and sturdy. We hold on to the rail as we step in and out which makes it easier for us and safer. Highly recommend!”
