I bought these as an older sibling can have some fun as well or can play with it until the baby is a bit older. So they are involved. Can build towers, castles and the little one can knock it all over. There is a bell in one of the blocks, which is extra fun. The colourful pictures useful for first words, name colours, later develop stories. Bottom line, different idea from the usual piece of clothing or typical baby present. Nicely packed into a clean sturdy plastic box for tidyness.

Nice little blocks though a tag on each for little hands would be nice. They are pretty and robust.
