“I ordered this backpack in August, with an expected delivery time of 4 weeks, it’s now 8.5 weeks later, I have asked the company about the where it could be, I know international shipping can take a while, but with no updates, no information and no customer service. I emailed at the 6 week to ask for information and was politely asked to wait patiently, to receive an email for a review tow days later. Poor customer service”
