“Hubby has a teaspoon each morning for the last year, due to joint inflammation and bone-on-bone knee that was hugely swollen for 2yrs prior awaiting knee replacement. He had to stop taking it after 2mths as swelling completely disappeared, leaving knee feeling wobbly/unsupported- it worked too well! He went straight back on it after 3wks as all his aches n pains returned. He reckons it tastes like muddy grass but the benefits mean he will put up with that.”

“I love the hemp seed oil. It tastes mildy nutty and delicious. Very versatile. Enjoy it more than olive oil, drizzled on salads, cooked veggies and soups. And it is such a nice and ecologically sound alternative to fish oil capules and tinned fish, for daily EPA/DHA. Highly recommend :)”
