“This protein is so versatile, due to an illness my partner is required to eat more protein. One way of using the Gold Protein is he mixes it in with his favorite flavored yogurt. It does not change the taste, is of better quality, cheaper to buy and tastes better than the protein-enriched yogurts you can buy at the supermarkets.”

“Yum delish mixes with everything - steamed vegies, water, pick me up 1st thing in the morning, chocolate snack - cocoa mashed banana coconut oil protein powder & a wee bit of water to create a yummy snack, can actually make a little thinner & freeze then break into pieces to stretch this yummy snack. You can add tahini if it agrees with your digestion, my gut doesn't like it.”
