“This diet works perfectly. one tiny minus I would like to mention is the taste of the product. In my opinion it’s too sweet. I personally don’t like sweet things, so I add a few spoons of matcha tea powder to make the drink not so sweet. And I am using non sweet milk. I think it’s would be wonderful, probably more expensive to produce, to have different options to choose from depending on the sweetness of the product.”

Unfortunatly they did not work for me. I just bloated the whole time and stayed the same weight, ididnt loose weight what so ever. Just lost out on alot of money trying it!

“I started drinking Hepa as I wanted to loose a few pounds, and it did the job. But I loved the drink itself. It's delicious, easy to make, and it makes me feel full for at least few hours. I usually have it for breakfast now when in rush.”
“Unfortunately it was a complete waste of money for me and I had to give it away after trying 2 sachets as it contains milk protein (I didn't spot it at first in the ingredients, likely my mistake) and I am lactose intolerant so had a strong unpleasant reaction. Nicely packed though, I am sure some people who don't have similar to mine issues will like it.”
