“This toner leaves my skin feeling nice and refreshed and clean. I didn't give it 5 stars b/c mine came w/a dropper instead of a spritzer, making it more difficult to apply. I'd prefer being able to spritz my face instead of trying to avoid my eyes and mouth while trying to apply droplets directly onto my face.”
