“I am a big fan of the HeyDude shoes, between me and my husband we must have about 20 pairs now. We never wear anything else. They are just so comfortable from the word go, except for this pair. The back of this shoe was creased and rough, broke my skin on my heels. I reported the problem with customer service and they suggested a was and iron which I didn't expect to hear when you spend that much money on a pair of shoes. Also it did not work as they were not correctly stitched, so these had to go in the bin. I won't give up on the brand just yet, as it is only the first time they have let me down. Very disappointed though.”

“My hubby tells me these are the best shoes. They’re light and comfy, ideal for day or night - in fact he keeps the old ones as slippers!! I’ll continue to buy from this company as they are always helpful if I’ve a problem!! Never with the shoes always with my mistakes!!”
