“I had originally ordered a bigger size and then requested for an exchange through the self service functionality. However they refunded the money for the Bra, that was part of the original order. I wrote to the customer support and after 5 days they responded to me that there was a technical error in processing my exchange and they refunded the Bra by mistake. My exchange was delivered in the next days.
While i love the pants (and they refunded close to EUR50 as a mistake) i didn't enjoy the consumer journey friction that led to back and forth of emails”
