I have been trying to get in touch with customer service as I would like to return the bra. The fit just doesn't sit right no matter the size. However, the online return portal isn't working for me and I am not getting any response from customer service. I have also tried reaching out via Instagram, but no response there either. Could someone please respond and help me sort out a return please? The online portal isn't working because the Bra was on backorder in December because the company must have sold out of stock after Black Friday. By the time it finally arrived a couple weeks ago in the UK it was way past the usual 2 week return period, so the online portal doesn't allow me to do this digitally even though I tried to do it via the digital portal the day after I received the package. So please please get in touch with me! I want to remain a customer but can't make that happen if I don't have trust in returns not working as it's essential to online orders. Thank you!
