“I submitted a claim through the provided link for my hair insurance almost a week ago. I sent a picture of the damaged hair along with detailed feedback on what happened. Although the website say most claim are processed within 24 - 48 hours, I have still not heard anything and I am going on Day 7 from my original claim date. Im not sure if that means my claim has been rejected or if they are just very behind. I tried to look online to understand what is covered and what is not covered , but I can’t find anything. I will update my rating in the event I get some form of an update on my claim.”
“I accidentally purchased this with a set of clip in extensions. It’s extremely difficult to find information around what it covers and how to file a claim if something happens. Because of these factors, I find it a complete waste of money.”
