“I purchased my hidden crown and the insurance. I had contacted the company 3 times via email (they have no telephone number to call) about before getting a reply over a week later. I filled out my claim form and still have not gotten a reply, when it stated I would hear from them in 24-48 hours. They want you to go over the 30 days, so they don't have to refund.”
“I inadvertently purchased the hair insurance (I had removed it earlier in the transaction, but somehow it was still there at the end and I missed it before completing the transaction). Nonetheless, after receiving the product and immediately emailing the company that I needed an exchange, I am still waiting for a reply on how to coordinate an exchange. Sadly, this is now 2 weeks later. They have no problem charging high prices and being responsive to get you to pay, but definitely not as helpful after they have your money.”
