“So hair insurance to me means, it doesn't work out for you. When you receive your clip ins, its attached to a board, that you are not allowed to detach. For those of us with thin, dark to highlighted hair, that is also curly, making sure that the color is a fit, is hard! I was also sent 2 swatches of hair colors. The lighter one matched, as did the clip ins I received. I spent 2 days going back and forth on whether or not the color I ordered was the right one, or the lighter color was the right one. If the lighter color was, I would have to pay to send the hair back (I paid for expedited shipping mind you!!) wait again for my hair, and have it sent to me. Then, I would go through the same agony. I finally decided the color was right. Once I 'did the deed' and cut the cord I was able to clip in the hair and see that it did blend, albeit the ends were too dark for my sunlightened ends. That I can take care of with getting them professionally colored.”
