“The hair piece was great, I ordered for my daughter to wear in dance competition after watching a youtube of how to use the Crown clip ins in a ponytail rather than one that attaches overtop of a bun. It is secure and works great, my daughter rocks her full ponytail for her hip hop. She is small (7yrs), so I only use the center (larger) piece, left out the side pieces. I tried with all 3 but too bulky and unnecessary for the pony. It matches her hair color perfectly, even though I just ordered one I thought that would be close that was on sale. My biggest complaint is shipping fees to Canada, I really needed a solution and went ahead and glad I did, but even though it was a heavily discounted hair piece it was almost full price by the time it crossed the border... Duty isn't Hidden Crowns' fault but better shipping costs overall would have me ordering more from them in the future.”
“I love the hair, but better hope you don't get the wrong color, because they don't answer emails or texts, no matter how many times you try. Customer service is basically non existent. I even wanted to just exchange my wrong color for a new one, or apply towards a larger order, but they don't care.”

“The hair is perfect if your hair is straight. My hair is curly and I tried curling it according to the directions. Still after that, it felt like doll hair. This did not seem normal to me at all. Why would real hair feel like doll hair when curled? I do have to say it held a beautiful curl but felt unnatural.
The colors are very true to picture. The color I ordered was what I expected. What I do have to say though is they send swatches of hair that are a color lighter and a color darker. That truly threw a wrench in my wondering if the color was right or wrong. The lighter matched my sun lightened ends, where the color I ordered matched everything else. There was MORE than enough hair for my head and I think I have a big head.”
