“First- there’s not much hair. If you have thick hair this isn’t going to work. I though; hey maybe because it’s so pricey it’s JUST AMAZING HAIR. My bad for not reviewing weight first.
Second- went bad in the first few uses. Tangling, curling up, breakage. Extremely disappointing.”
“I was so excited to by this clip in hair extension but the first time it got wet it turned into a tangled mess. I can brush it out but with in a matter of minutes it is right back into looking ratty again. Also after it dried I tried straighten it on the lowest heat setting and it fried the ends and now it clumps together at the bottom. I've had way cheaper clip ins then these ones and have never had this issue. It almost feels like it's not real hair. I'm so bummed because I spent a lot of money on these. The color was perfect and matched great.”
“I can’t use them for see ins although that was advertised by your company. The weaves are too large and will break the hair. I took it out of the packaging for my hairdresser and now can’t use them. Very disappointed”
“Overall is a good product, I have bought several items from them and besides small minuses (like ponytail hook could be longer, it does not stay in place) I am satisfied with purchase. But when I was trying to talk to customer service about minor issue, they just would not respond... I never had that bad experience with customer service before, so I was quite surprised Actually I was wondering when item I was interested in is going to be in stock (they should be interested more in repeated buyers/ customers
