“The clip ins are super easy to use, look fabulous and natural. I like how thick they are and that they blend in seamlessly. 1B30 are darker than what I thought, darker than my own hair but they add really nice dimension.
I wish there was a 10" or 12" option, i do love "mermaid hair" but it's such a far departure from my naturally thinner and never longer than shoulder length hair, I'd like to have something that's a little more 'believable' for my look.

“The hair itself was fine, but the color matching is not accurate. I sent a photo before purchase, color match way off. Had to pay to ship Bach a product I could not use and requested a few hair swatches As the ones provided with the hair that I ordered did not match my hair well either. I was told by your customer service that you don’t provide hair swatches without an additional order. I don’t see the point of sending producr back-and-forth at a cost to the customer when it seems that just providing a few color swatches would be the cheaper and a more precise option to get a color match. I see many positive comments and don’t the product is great if you are able to get a good match.”
