“Not the same as others I have ordered. Gaps in the hair and the sewing on top was off. I emailed customer service days ago and have heard nothing back. Assume they are overwhelmed but I got this email to review so I figured maybe they'll reach out after they see the review? The main piece of clip ins is great, high quality. The sides are off, I'd like the side pieces replaced or ability to return. I have other pieces from the company that I love!! Maybe the quality is slipping due to high production?”

“The color did not match my hair so I did not get a chance to wear the hair, however it did feel soft and pretty thick. And the do put a lot of care into the packaging and supplies they provide you with. Unfortunately I did have to return the product and this is where I give it a one star review. Their customer service is terrible, I took me three attempts to contact them about getting a refund before finally getting a generic response. And yes, I did wait the timeframe they reference when making returns before contacting them. Just based off of this experience I will not be recommending or ordering from them again.”
