“Was not happy that I had to slip the security tag to find what product it was. When I opened it ... it was not the product I had thought I was getting. Was not allowed to send it back. Wish they could have worked with me on this. I don't feel it was totally fair.
I feel like I just wasted my money. I wish they would have worked with me and gave me a large discount on the item I actually wanted. That way I wouldn't felt like they should have showed a better picture of the item or clearly labeled the package. There should be something that better ensures you are getting what you want. Just disappointed.”
“These 14” pieces are too short to use. I tried them in a pony and they don’t add much. They’re super thin and short. I really wanted to love these. Unfortunately, I cut the holder so that I could try them not knowing I couldn’t return. Shoot. I do love the two crown pieces I have. I thought the clips would be less itchy.”
“I like these much better than the halo type. Sorry, but I have a flat head, the halo's were hard to fit and way more uncomfortable, IMO than the clip ins. The clip ins are far more secure for me & I can wear them longer and with much more confidence. The color is a great match . However, this is still very overpriced for 3 pieces. I would not repurchase again because although they are nice, there are similar quality clip ins out there far less expensive.....”
