I have worn all types of hair extensions in the past 9 years and with a doubt their products are superior to all other brands out on the market. I have 2 crowns and 4 sets of clip ins! I love having options. So easy to use and saves so much time in my routine. My only complaint is they don’t offer any discounts for returning customers or any rewards, coupons etc..... I have spent a lot of money and I have told everyone how great all of their products are so a little acknowledgement for repeat clients would be much appreciated!”
“The color is as expected and a perfect match to my hair. The hair is soft and well attached to the weft.
The thickness is correct and not excessive, so looks natural.
The side layers lenght could be better adjusted so that it fits with the back one, but since it can be cut just like our natural hair, we can work it out.”
“Unfortunately I rated the product a 2.. first set I purchased came with a broken clip, I called in to ask for an Exchange and the customer service rep said they come with extra clips and are not difficult to replace. I was a bit taken back by the response from your customer service agent but I needed them for a wedding I was in that weekend so I had no choice but to replace the damaged clip... Thankfully I had no further issues with that set.. Months later I then ordered another set and was extremely upset and disappointed when that set had 3 broken clips.. Over all I’m very surprised that I received such poor quality product for the price I paid. I ordered your product off the recommendation from 3 women in my group that were suffering with broken, damaged and thinning hair from undergoing cancer treatment like I was. I absolutely loved the fact that there is only 3 pieces which worked great for thin hair... The time has come where I need to purchase new extensions and honestly I’m upset because it’s the only one I’ve found that offers only 3 pieces ... but at the same time ... I just don’t think I’m willing to gamble that amount of money again on another set of hidden crown clip-in extensions to only receive yet another broken set.. I really wish my expierence was better the quality of the hair it’s self was amazing.. 1 time is understandable but 2 time not so much..”

“I ordered this clip in extensions in the deepest brown color desperate to cover up a large patch of baldness on my crown and down the back of my head. I wasn&t ready to accept that I needed the more expensive crown topper.
While I now believe black would have been a better choice for me, nobody has noticed the extensions and even I can barely tell which hair is mine versus the extensions (I have Asian black hair for reference).
The width of the weft is a bit too long for my head, especially the side pieces. However, I recently cut one of the side pieces so I now have a 1 clip extension that I can use higher up on my crown to cover a missing patch of hair.
I&ve never had hair extensions before and i have nothing to compare the quality to, but they are nice and seem so be strong and natural feeling!
I&m still not confident enough to wear my hair down though. Not so much because people might notice my extensions, but more so because I&m still self conscious they dont completely hide my missing patches.
Can&t give them a 5 star because i think the weft is a bit thick and difficult to prevent the ends of the weft from peeping out.
Overall I do not regret my purchase and am so determined to grow my hair back. These help me feel better now that they make my pony tail feel thick again!”
