“While the quality of the hair is good the customer service is so awful that I will never order from this company again. For the price, you can get just as good quality somewhere else, from a company that cares about its customers. My order was supposed to be shipped the same day if I order in 4hrs I didn’t receive my order until like 2 weeks later. I ordered for a special event and didn’t have it in time. My order says it was shipped when you track it but it clearly hadn’t even moved from the place it was shipped from. When I contacted customer service she said the only thing they could tell me was that it had shipped and nothing else. When I told her the product hasn’t had any movement in over a week and I wanted to know if my package was lost and just wanted a refund, she told me it was my problem and that I needed to get a hold of usps and deal with them. I have never had a company tell me it was my job to figure out where my package was. They usually say I’ll find out for you. NOT this company! Once they have your money, that’s all they care about!”
“I have been wearing Hidden Crown extensions for nearly 5 years, and these are the best ever. They are comfortable and nearly invisible when worn. I just would like them to be in stock in my usual color choice. I am sure they are hard to keep in stock.”

“Paid expedited shipping as I was receiving an award in California. I was told when I ordered that if I needed To make any changes call or email ASAP I have no longer received the topper and I said I meetly want the routed topper got a refund but never got the topper even though I explained that I was getting a very important award in California and I’m so disappointed don’t think I’m gonna order anything else even though I have the exact clip in extensions that go underneath the topper but it’s not worth it to me to pay $450 for the topper now.”
