“I find the quality of the hair quite good. However, even with paying for the seamless it is difficult for me to hide the wefts, and can only wear a couple at a time. Also, I can’t wear one of the two side wefts because the blonde highlighting is so much more severe in that piece that it doesn’t blend with the others or my own. The color is also much warmer is person than online, so it’s not as good of a match as I was expecting.”
“The hair quality was very good but the clips are the worst ive ever used. one week after I got them one clip wouldn't work at all so I had to cut that strand off. Several other clips will pop open while I am wearing them. I have used clip in extensions for years and never had this happen to me.”
“I hate writing a bad review, and honestly, maybe it’s just me. But these are painful. They hurt my head. They’re also slightly darker than my halo (I bought the same color), and they seem more stringy than my halo. I will have to cut them and just use them here and there for a little fullness since I can’t return them. But every time I try and wear them, I have to take them out in 2 mins because they are uncomfortable. So they’re just sitting in the packaging, going to waste! I stressed over spending the money to buy these for months, and when I finally did, I was so disappointed. Again, maybe it’s just me…..but I’d stick to the halos. Much more comfortable and real looking.”
“What's the point of getting color advice from them and get a swatch sample if the actual product does not have the same color? I exchanged 3 times and finally got 5/24 but the extension itself is way much warmer than the swatch. This is not a forgivable error given that they don't accept returns if the tags are cut. Also, the quality is really poor. I read and watched all reviews that were a few years old so I'm guessing the quality has gone down in the past few years. If you look at older reviews in youtube, you can see how thick the extension is when they are holding it in front of the camera but the extension I received is anything but - excessive shedding and wide gaps between hair. Their customer service is something else. Getting any responses from them is like pulling teeth. Emails go unanswered for several days and you would have to follow up several times. Terrible service.”
“I had long hair prior to Covid. For some reason this past year a lot of my hair fell out, thinner out, and I had to cut it 5 inches off. I’ve been using hair products to help save whats left, but I really miss having long hair. My hair is medium brown with “bronde” balayage. I was not sure what color to get and Crishelle’s color is similar, but I thought it might to too red/gold.
