“If I could give this 0 starts I would. I have worn clip in hair extensions on and off for 15 years. I have tried every brand; cashmere, luxy, bellami, glam seamless and they all are fantastic. I was so excited to try hidden crown, and I am mortified at what I received in the mail. The whole clip is about 1 inch sticking out of my scalp and poking out everywhere. I wouldn’t wear this in a million years I’d be so embarrassed. I am in the hair industry. I know how to wear clip-in extensions. These are horrible, horrible, horrible.. do not buy and they don’t even respond or care when I email them. TERRIBLE customer service. Worst extensions EVER.”
