“I love my hidden crown clip ins! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my extension hanger never held the hair tight enough to stay secure while I styled the hair. I emailed CS and they wanted me to make them a video of my defective hanger. So that was a turn off from a customer service standpoint. Considering the price point of this hair I feel they should have just reshipped me a functional hanger rather than having me submit video examples of its defect.”
“I gave them 3 stars because the hair quality is great. However I don't use them and wish I had bought the halo because they just don't stay in place or feel secure. I even back comb the hair and use hairspray to try to make them stay in but it doesn't work.”
