“I have bought from your company SEVERAL times. I've always liked the quality of the hair that you guys provide, however, this time they were GOD AWFUL! I had bought these last extensions for a week long trip I was taking in advance and the day I was to leave, I opened the package I had been saving and was SO excited to put on my brand new soft extensions and not have to worry about my hair while on vacation. I was absolutely shocked how terrible they were. They weren't soft, they were EXTREMELY bulky and hard to cover, and for real human hair extensions, they tangled something fierce. I even have expensive special shampoo, conditioner and masks made just for human hair extensions and that wouldn't even make them lay flat or soften. They were awful and I literally broke down in tears several times on my trip trying to fix them and it absolutely ruined my vacation. I know I'll never be able to get my money back so I just wanted to let everyone know on here to not buy from these people. The hair is crap for the cost.”
