“I have purchased many brands of extensions and these are hands down the BEST extensions I have ever purchased. I bought the 20” length seamless extensions and the clips DO NOT slip, they stay in pace ALL day long. They also stay tangle free for HOURS! With other brands I’ve used I’ve had to brush my extensions out regularly because they tangle these do not tangle like the other brands I’ve tried. I actually ordered the wrong color for my hair. When I reached out to customer service their response time and customer service was exceptional. I actually live in SLC, UT where the extension shipped from and was actually able to go in person to color match which was beyond helpful. I was assisted by Kayla and she assisted me in finding the perfect match that blends perfectly. Since Covid most businesses unfortunately lack customer service. This was NOT the case. Kayla was so kind, professional, personable and INCREDIBLY helpful. I am so HAPPY with this purchase and the color of my extensions. I will be a repeat customer! Thank you!”
“I am not very satisfied with the clip ins. I bought a daydream halo crown in the past and was pleased, but the clip ins I have received are bulky, very thick and heavy at the clips (unlike the clips ins I have purchased with different company) just not what I thought I would get.”
“I have been wearing the original clip-ins in color 882 for a while now. And I wouldn't go a day without them. But with hot weather approaching I wanted something that you can just put up in a regular pony or clip without the noticeable bulges. I saw these, and thought they might work. 882 was sold out, and customer service was excellent in guiding me to color 622, which is slightly warmer, but still a very close match. OMG! These are INCREDIBLE!! A very close friend commented "wow your hair has really grown since I last saw you." She thought it was my hair! And you really can style them in a high pony or messy bun without the clips even being noticeable!! And they stay put in the crazy Kansas winds!! Did I mention these are INCREDIBLE!!”
