“I am so bummed that the color was way too warm for my ash toned hair. I had that fear when I asked a consultant, and they assured me that this was the closest color and there is not a more ashy option. They seem high quality and I was really looking forward to using them, but unfortunately have to send back. I am also pretty frustrated that even though I asked several times about the color, I now am stuck paying $15 for shipping - aka $15 for nothing but confirming what I was afraid of. I think if they are returned, there should be a full return like most businesses.”
