“My daughter gave me this same extension color she bought several years ago. I expected it to be same color when I just recently purchased it, but it was actually awful and unwearable as is. The streaks are huge stripes, not blended like the old color 882. I texted Cust Svc a pic of the two extensions but they did not answer. I already opened it so can’t return. I’m extremely unhappy. I will have to ask my hairdresser if she can fix the color.”
