“I would give zero stars if I could. I paid for these clip in extensions. I have still not received them. I contacted hidden crown by email. No phone number! I was told by hidden crown that I would have to file a claim with my local post office. I went to the post office spoke with the Manager. Come to find out that there was a new carrier on our route and he delivered them by mistake to another address. I explained to the post office Manager that The customer service rep from Hidden Crown said that I need to file the claim, he informed me that thus is false information and if I were to file a claim it would bounce back. I explained this to Hidden Crown, I was told that they exchanged emails with the Manager of the Post Office. I emailed Hidden Crow two days ago and they are telling me that they haven’t heard back from the Manager to see if he has been able to locate the package. I am sorry but this is horrible customer service. I have paid for a product and still no product, no claim filed and no communication. I am starting to feel as though I have been ripped off. Shame on you.”
“I have tried over 4 extensions brands in the past 5 years, and they cannot compete with the quality of HC extensions. HC extensions are so soft, manageable, easy to curl, style and wear. I love that they are not heavy and comfortable to wear all day long. Highly recommend to try!”
