After not being happy with it, i made a feedback on their web shop and wrote down the problems.
Instead of reacting, they deleted my comment.
THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!! Shame on you!!
i have spend so much money on a hair piece that i can't use.
Also i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one with these problems.
So if you are a customer and thinking about buying from this company, DON'T!
They only take your money and are not accepting any complaints.
Further they are trying to fool you with only good reviews.
Go with a much cheaper on from another seller.”
“Love one out of four of the hair toppers I purchased. Honestly if they all came how I received my favorite crown topper, this review would get over 5 stars. The other toppers don’t blend well and is very noticeable. It’s a shame the quality is not as good as before.”
“I was having to cover my thinning hair by hiding my scalp with colored hair thickener. My hair is very black, but even the darkest hair thickeners are dark brown under bright light. The crown topper saves me time and gives me the fullness of a wig without having to cover the rest of my hair. This is my second hair topper, after having worn my first one for over a year. “I bought a topper because my hair is but thinning with age. And it looks very natural. The video on how to cut your bangs in it was very helpful as well. I wear it with my 16 inch halo. And I am not only impressed by the texture and feel, but since I generally wear my hair in a hat or up in a Bun, people actually assumed it with my real hair when I wore it down”
“The crown topper is beautiful. The only problem i'm having is trying to get the front part to lay flushed. For some reason, it tends to stick up a little and makes it look like it's not part of my hair. I'm still playing with it trying to figure out how to make it look flushed to my hair. I thought by having clip in front would help keep it flushed. I have several toppers with no clip on front part and use Got 2b gel to hold down which looks good but i was wanting to avoid using the gel and that is why i purchased this topper. That is why i rated this a four star due to topper not staying flushed.”
