“I bought the crown topper in 1B, to match my 20" halo extensions, so that it would cover to blend with my short blunt haircut. I am amazed at how well this worked out for chin length bob!”
“This topper has a great base size that keeps coverage all around. Was disappointed in the extent of wave of the hair once washed. Comes treated and straight as can be which is what I like. Once washed it has much wave and needs to be ironed to keep straight. There is no way to know in advance how much wave and then side body v top body you will get. But life is a balance, as I have little on top without it”
“Sadly, I ordered a topper color 1B when I receive the topper I noticed immediately that it look more like a light chocolate brown. Compared to the 1B color that I’ve purchased before from other hair extensions from hidden crown. I wasn’t worried about the color because I was going to dye it anyways . Once I took it out of the box thinking it looked fine to try on I I immediately realized 2 of the clips were defected and we’re not close. They pop right back open. I emailed hidden crown to ask what my options were on exchanging it since I had already touched it. I have yet to get a response back. I’ve emailed them 6 times. It is now been 12 days since those emails.. When you send the email it says give them 48 hours to respond.. being behind from covid or not this is ridiculous.. Their customer service is horrible!! I am out $500 and I have a topper that I cannot wear due to the Clips are defected. I definitely do not recommend them and I will not be purchasing it from them again.”
