“Awful customer service and policies.
I purchased this expensive product in an attempt to gain confidence and hide my condition. Once I received it, I realized that the clips would be painful and would not work with my condition. I reached out to customer service to explain what happened and that I’d like to return ( I never took off the tags and was able to put everyone back neatly as it came) I never even fully tried it on because the second I attempted to place the clips I realized they’d be securing right on top of my problem area. (Ouch) and there was little hair to secure there to begin with. The company refused to accept this return. Their consolation was for me to pay an additional $300 on another product...After I already explained that these hair pieces would not work for my condition. This greedy company with zero compassion or integrity expected me to waste $700+ on products not best suited for me. Do not buy from this company. No morals or empathy. As soon as you break the seal to get a good look at the products color/quality etc it is ineligible for return!! Keep in mind that you can’t even view the product to begin with unless you open the box. Awful...just awful. Complete waste of money.”
“Unfortunately the topper I received smelled like stale smoke, almost as if it’d been sitting in someone else’s home or something? So, hopefully that goes away once it’s washed. Besides that, it seems to be good quality and should be a nice topper to wear. They sent 2 extra clips with it so you can add them to make the piece more secure.”
“I was very disappointed when I opened the box. There was not enough hair to even be worth the $400. Looks very fake and I wish I never bought it. The deepest brown is more like an auburn, doesn't match my hair at all. But, I have the Halo layers in the same color and somehow that one matches my hair. Disappointed but shipping was fast.”
