“I received my topper which was marked wrong. I showed proof that the swatches that were sent to me was not the same color as the topper I received. I spent $1000 with this company and should&ve been able to exchange this for the correct color. The customer service did nothing to help & just kept on saying that if the topper is marked that&s the color it is. I sent numerous photos that the topper was clearly not the same color as it was marked. Absolutely frustrated with this company! Will never use or recommend them!”
