“I have bought two toppers. The first one I purchased in 2020 was amazing with zero problems. I bought my second last month and I couldn't get two of the clips to clip down. I had it replaced and the replacement topper is having the same problem. I have to keep readjusting the clip over and over and over to try and get it to clip in (I must add, I have very thin and fine hair, never, ever have I had problems clipping anything in my hair, my hair WANTS clips in with how easy it is to put them in). I miss the older version of the topper! I am not sure if I can purchase here in the future with such poor quality of clips!”
