First off I would like to say I was so nervous due to the reviews. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to it. Yes they sent me the wrong thing but I let them know and they had the right thing sent in 24hrs. The quality of hair is great! I have been having fun styling with it and finding new ways to wear it. I got both topper and halo. Well worth the money! Thank you for helping find confidence again!

I don’t believe I received what I purchased. I paid for halo layers and received long thin hair. I have tried to call customer service and have sent email on website and have not received any response. I paid almost a thousand dollars for halo and topper for very poor quality. I am seeking legal advice

I love this product and have been using it for about a year now. The only problem is once I was it it’s never the soft silky condition like it is when I first got it. Does anyone else have the same issue?

For one, the toppers are too expensive. They seem to be too bulky on your head. Not what I expected and for the price of them, I would not buy again. The hair is decent quality though.

Super quick and looks gorgeous when on. The only negative is it takes a bit to get used to wearing it for long periods because the string can start to hurt after a while. The topper is not as easy to blend with your natural hair line but if you work with it a bit it ultimately will look good. Definitely love the halo more than the topper though. Good quality.

The color was a little too light and also it’s extremely difficult to make it lay naturally (despite spritzing water and blow drying). No matter what i try it looks like I’m wearing fake hair. I expected better for the price. Too bad the tag came off in the process of trying to make it work. I won’t be buying again nor will recommend to any of my friends.

I previously bought a hidden crown halo and really liked it, but for a couple reasons it didn’t work great for me. I have very very thin hair and my natural hair did not cover the halo weft well. I also felt that it was very heavy for my head and when I wore it all day it would hurt my neck and back. So I decided to purchase a crown topper thinking that it would be better for my thin hair. Right when I received it, I noticed a lot of hair breakage (fly-always) at the top. I thought maybe they could be tamed once I styled and re-parted it, but there is a ton of breakage/ damaged hair any way you part it. For the price of this topper I was expecting much better quality. I also have found dozens of gray hairs in this topper. Again, for the price of this, I would expect it to be the best quality without any gray hairs. I don’t have any natural gray hair, so I don’t know why I would pay nearly $400 for this to have gray hair. Besides the quality, I can’t get this topper to sit nicely and not look like I’m wearing a wig. I have parted it several different ways and it still looks noticeably fake. I’m very disappointed by this purchase. I really wanted to love this, but I don’t at all. I think this may be my last hidden crown purchase.
