“This is my second Crown Topper and I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the hair. I have purchased several other pieces from you that were always beautiful, thick, smooth and high quality. I followed instructions to set my part and then soaked the topper in cold water, as instructed to help remove silicone. Once dry, the piece wasn’t smooth, but frizzy broken hairs were all over the piece! My 3+ year old crown topper has much higher quality hair and is very smooth, thicker, and silkier than this BRAND NEW topper. What a waste of a lot of money. Of course, can’t return it now because I trusted your past quality and soaked it etc. Evidently, there was so much silicone on the topper to make it appear smooth that once soaked off, the broken frizzy hairs appeared. Not even flat ironing has helped. I will never purchase from you again!”

“After following Hidden Crown for a long time and reading many positive reviews, I finally purchased my first Hidden Crown to cover up my thinning crown. I purchased the crown topper in 3R Brown with the advice from Hidden Crown after sending in a photo of my hair. It wasn't a match, so I thought of exchanging but realized I would have to pay for shipping again and without a guarantee that another colour would match. I'm thinking I may have my stylist colour it. I haven't taken it completely out of the bag it comes in yet in case I decide to exchange. I love that the crown topper came with 2 sample colors as well.
The hair seems of good quality and I am hopeful it will be as amazing as other consumers state.
The shipping was incredibly fast ( less than 2 days!) but the box that the extension is stored in was very damaged with rips and dents and requires me to tape it back together if I want to use it. This was disappointing.
When I was first interested in purchasing my crown topper and I contacted Hidden Crown with some questions, the response was immediate which I appreciated. However, when I realized that it wasn't the right colour match and asked questions in regard to a return and a few other things, the response time was slow (5 days).
I also purchased the curl bar as there was a promotion I wanted to take advantage of. The curl bar is amazing! The long barrel and width of the curls/waves is perfect. It is easy to use and seems durable. It heats up fast and provides perfect, long lasting curls. I highly recommend this curl bar if you want looser, bigger waves. I haven't seen any curling tools that offer a barrel this long. It was also reasonably priced. I am so glad I purchased it.”
