“I went for the color match suggestion and although darker than I thought I needed, it matches well. I think just because my hair has thinned so much I don't recognize how dark it actually is. I was able to easily adjust the part to the side, and I am amazed by how I've been able to adjust to wearing the topper. If it weren't for the hair in my face when I lean forward, i'd forget I was wearing it. It's so much more comfortable than the snap in single hair extensions I've used before and I feel like it's very secure. I'm so happy and can't wait to try additional products from Hidden Crown.”
“Quality very good. The reason I say 4 stars is bc I have the hidden crown color 3, in 16 inch and it matches my hair perfectly and I have same color for topper- rooted but it has a slight different tint. So it does not match my hair as well as the halo. It has some orange/yellowish tint especially in the light. I’ve washed it but it’s still the same. But I got my halo and topper layered and they look very nice. I constantly get compliments.”

“I was very unhappy that after carefully following the washing instructions my hair tangled easily and is really not practical to wear because of tangling. I have worn hair pieces for many years and understands they don’t last forever, but I have always gotten at least 4 washings. I was only offered a 10% discount on a new piece which I thought was unsatisfactory customer service. I would only consider risking a second purchase if offered at least a 40% discount to confirm this was anomaly”
