“I am very upset with this company. This was my second time ordering the topper. 1st one was great! 2nd order i never received. They told me some one with a different name than mine signed for the package. I asked them to help with taking care of this issue since i paid a lot of money for this topper. No One will respond after many emails and texts!! This has been a very stressful situation since no one will help. I either want the topper i paid for or my money back!”
