“Unfortunately, I chose the wrong color, and when I just placed it on my head to see what it would look like, I did not like the fit. I mean, hopefully it would look better after I washed and combed and blew out the hair piece and then had my hairdresser cut and style it, but at the price of $499, you do not want to do that, especially if the hairdresser does not make a difference. I think at this price you should get the hair sample colors ahead of time to make your decision and have less sending back. I bought a 4 and I probably should have gotten a 3, but I have short hair and would need to cut it and style it and if I still did not like the look, I am stuck with the loss. I mean I paid $22.40 to send back with $500 insurance, which is not reimbursable and the taxes and shipping to send to me was lost. So, about $50 I lost for something I did not want. They need to, like I said, send samples of your hair color choice; i.e., blonde, brunette, whatever before you get invested in a loss. The quality was good, but it did not look right on me.”
“I have scarring alopecia, and I have a very large area where I've got no hair, similar to the male pattern baldness area. Extensions would never do me any good because of the area of the hair loss and the amount of hair loss. I saw these crown toppers and figured I'd give it a shot, because they looked like they'd cover the exact place that I lost all my hair. I am absolutely amazed at how well it covers, and how natural it looks!! I did have to do an exchange, because the first one I bought didn't match my roots at all, even though it matched my ends. I emailed a picture, and went with what was recommended, but I should've just gone with my initial feeling on which one would match best. Once I got the correct color though, I love it. My hair is just below my shoulders, so I did have to get the topper trimmed, but my stylist was able to cut it so that it blends perfectly with my natural hair. This is the first time in many years that I have been able to walk out of the house without my hair in a ponytail - thank you so much!”
“I returned it for the 2nd time color is too light and fit was not good. Too much money for what I received. I'm still waiting on refund. 2nd order took a long time to get processed the shipping was fast but customer service was slow.”
