“I took Hidden Crown's claim that this Topper was returnable at their word. However, upon try on, the Topper could not be securely attached to my mother-in-law's existing hair--the little combs just wouldn't hold it on a windy day or a firm shake of her head or bending over--and so we tried to return it. But when you click the return policy, it ~cannot~ be returned if you have touched it or opened it up and tried it on. I would have never, NEVER have spent $300+ on something I have to simply throw away. It was a gut-punch to be out that money. Buyer beware--do not believe the general claims of "returns and exchanges"--click on the return policy and read it before you buy.”
