“This is was first time ordering. I was so excited. I even established a whole sale account to help other clients of mine. They are all waiting to see how I liked the topper. I ordered the exact shade from a u tube video the company posted. Abs when mine arrived it said it was rooted but the roots were so light it didn’t look rooted! Customer service was great and sent me another one right away abs unfortunately the same thing! They was no way it would match my hair or really look real without the roots! The company just explained that batch the roots were very light and only offered to rt for refund. So I am disappointed and still really want the rooted one like looked like the online pic and utube video. I really wanted to love this..”
“Love my new topper. My last one wasn’t quite the right match. I wears it to hide my tape in extensions. I sometimes leave it in for a week. I use a silk pillow case . No one even knows it’s not my hair . I’m 69 and rocking it as my own hair . My daughters are jealous. I were it straight or curled. Best product for women with thin hair.”
“I am mostly pleased with my Hidden Crown Topper. The hair is of the best quality that I’ve purchased, and I like the natural looking scalp. I was expecting the slightly darker roots to be more noticeably contrasting with the light blond. The root and lowlights color is more golden blond than ash dark blond.
I do wish I could exchange it, as the only thing I’m not totally pleased is that it’s not a perfect match to my natural hair like I’d hoped.”
