“I did a color match per photos and was suggested the #60 clearest blonde. It was not even close to my blonde, it is definitely a bleached untoned blond and the root had an army green tint to it. I had to send it back and would have loved to order another but was really confused on which blonde to buy, I sent a couple more pics with no success on getting another response. So I am out $30 on shipping and hate to be out anymore.”
