The amount of hair is less than half of previous products and quality is subpar, the hair is not double drawn. Contacted customer service, they confirmed that they downgraded the product (same price). Did some research, found out company has been sold. Too bad. Used to be a great product, great price. Back to Halocouture for my extensions.”
