“I wish I could give the normal rave review as I have been a loyal customer for years, however, my recent purchase of a topper is disappointing. I’ve purchased the same topper (only rooted version) in the past and the current one is not at the same quality as before. It’s extremely thin and the hair quality is not the same. It’s more on the level of a Sally’s Beauty Supply version. If this was sent to a YouTuber then it would not get a full thumbs up. It’s definitely not with the multiple hundreds I paid for it even with the discount.
