“This hair tangles more then any other hair I've bought.. and more then cheap clip ins... do not buy the halo layers.. it last for maybe a month.. and then you'll be constantly trying to detangle it every 5 minutes during wear.. and that's following their care guide.. they did try to make it right by letting me try a new one. But it did the same thing.. it is not worth the money!! Thanks for trying though”
“I sent a photo for color match..but the platinum you post is definitely not a true platinum it has too much yellow..please reconsider mixing in a blend of light blondes to achieve the platinum true color...even with toner I’m not happy with results but thickness is good. I would not reorder because of color I’m more white blonde like you picture but your hair piece isn’t even close to platinum or the picture posted ..false representation”
