“It was too wide for my scalp and when I pulled the wire to tighten it , it broke. I didn’t receive an extra wire with my package. Very disappointed.
I hit poor for the quality and value it gave itself a 3 star????”

Every halo will include an extra wire kit. The extra wire kit is often overlooked because it is so small! It is taped to the front or the back of the cardboard piece that the extensions came on. Be sure to check under the fold at the top of the backing as well!
If you can't find it or no longer have it, that's no problem! We will be sending a new wire kit to you ASAP so this can be fixed. If you have any questions about your fitting, or the rewiring process please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at contact@hiddencrown.com

“Love it, have natural ends in 14 inch but think I like this better, love mixing all them up, in this photo I have 12 inch thick ends in and seamless 12 inch, used loreal dark blond to root where it didn't blend, wish they would give an option to root halo and seemless extensions, can't figure out how to add photo”
