“I was very excited to order this hair topper after reading reviews and watching tutorials. However, the clips on the topper prevent the topper from laying flush with my head. No matter what I do, it sticks up, making it very obvious it’s not my hair. I contacted customer service who are of absolutely no help. I’m told that because I tried it on, I am stuck with it. So beware that you literally cannot even try on their products without being forced to keep them, no matter the quality or ability to use. They should basically say all sales are final. I’m absolutely disgusted and would never recommend this company to anyone. It’s bad enough struggling with hair loss, but being out hundreds of dollars like being kicked when you’re down. HORRIBLE COMPANY.”
