“First of all I ordered a swatch. The color on the swatch had a bit of red which is the reason I ordered this topper. I got the topper it looks like plastic doll hair. It has absolutely no reddish tint like the swatch. It looked ok in the package until I put it on my head and then compared it to the swatch. It looks like a brown and that is it no auburn whatsoever. Horrible quality and a shame for women who really want to boost their self esteem. I will never order from here again. And I won’t even attempt to return it, due to the ridiculous return policy.”
“I love the topper on me but they should re-name the color. Zero red or auburn to it. I had to color my actual hair to match after ordering samples of similar colors I thought could exchange for.”
