“Despite it being very good quality, the colour was terrible. It didn’t look anything like it did on the Internet or in photos; it was quite a lot warmer and a lot darker. It was supposed to be platinum blonde and it was a dirty blonde. Extremely disappointing, I immediately threw it out.”
“I’ve tried pretty much all blonde colors Hidden Crown offers and I find all of them warm. Even platinum that is supposed to be the clearest has detectable pigment with a warm undertone. The hair insurance does not cover this particular piece for no explanation. If the color matched it would have been a good piece but without the insurance coverage I would not risk ruining it, even if you take it to your stylist/colorist because you cannot guarantee how it will turn out even if it is remy human hair. It will not behave just like your live hair on your head.”
“I have many pieces from Hidden Crown. Halos, toppers, clip ins. All are platinum clearest blonde #60. The Flip Up clip I received was so pink toned that I cannot wear it. You generously sent me a second one which was unfortunately the same pink. See pic. My platinum topper is center. Flip ups are on either side. I cannot wear them since the pink stands out too much against my platinum hair. I’m so disappointed.”
